Privacy notice
This notice explains how ETIOCA uses the personal data you give us through etioca.foundation. Last updated: October 2026.
Who we are
The ETIOCA Foundation is not yet established. Until it is, the controller is ETIOCA Holding (Gibraltar) Limited (company no. 120809), Madison Building, Midtown, Queensway, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, acting for the ETIOCA group. Contact: welcome@etioca.com.
What we collect
What you enter in our forms. Family list: your name, email and city. Partner registration: your organisation's details and a contact person. Request for help: your name, contact details, country and city, your relationship to the child, the kind of help needed and a short description. We ask you not to send a child's name, health information or documents at this stage; if a request goes forward, we will ask for what is needed separately, through a secure channel.
Why we use it
To invite you to apply when the programme opens in your area, to contact organisations about a partnership, and to have requests for help reviewed by the Foundation's committee once the Foundation is established. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing and storage
We never sell your data. It is held by our hosting, database and email providers (Vercel, Upstash and Resend), which may process it outside your country under appropriate safeguards, and is shared only within the ETIOCA group and, once established, with the ETIOCA Foundation. We keep it until the programme opens in your area and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent, by emailing welcome@etioca.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK, the CNPD in Luxembourg or the Datu valsts inspekcija in Latvia.
