Planned structure · published in full at launch

Children's money, kept apart and in the open.

The programme must outlast any single company decision or a bad year. That is why it will sit in its own foundation, separate from the companies that run the cars, with clear rules and open books.

01 · The Foundation

A separate entity

The ETIOCA Foundation will be established in Gibraltar when the first ETIOCA cars are on the road. Its legal form, charter and full terms will be published at that time.

02 · The committee

Every request reviewed

A committee of the Foundation will review requests for help and partner applications at regular meetings, against published criteria.

03 · The books

Open to everyone

Monthly reports on miles, money set aside and money paid out, and annual accounts reviewed by independent auditors.

How the committee will work

Fair, careful and independent.

  • Independent members alongside representatives of the ETIOCA group.
  • Published criteria for every decision, the same for everyone.
  • No conflicts of interest: members step aside from any case they are connected to.
  • Child protection first: every partner and every programme follows safeguarding rules.
What we will publish

Every month, every year.

  • Monthly report: paid miles counted, money set aside, money paid out, children supported, by country.
  • Annual accounts of the Foundation, independently audited.
  • Request statistics: requests received, reviewed and supported.
  • Our partners and the programmes we fund.
Until then

What is true today.

Not yet established

The Foundation does not exist as a legal entity yet. It will be set up when operations begin.

No money accepted

It does not accept donations or payments of any kind, from anyone.

Registrations kept safely

Early registrations from organisations, families and people asking for help are kept by the ETIOCA group and handed to the Foundation when it starts.
