Every car you approve is 21 children supported.
Our cars do not support children on their own. They do it by driving. The sooner a city allows them on its roads, the sooner the first child's school fees are paid. That is why we are writing to the people who can say yes.
To the heads of state and government, and to the mayors of every city where ETIOCA will work.
To the ministers of education, health, transport, energy and digital affairs.
To the regulators of advertising, and to the authorities that license taxis, drivers and operators.
ETIOCA is building a new kind of taxi company: our own electric cars, our own salaried drivers, one app. Every one of those cars is planned to support twenty-one children every month, one in the town where it works, ten in Sierra Leone and ten in Morocco, until they turn eighteen. The money does not come from the passenger's fare alone, but from everything the car does: its screens, its on-board services, every paid mile it drives.
This means something simple. The number of children we can support depends on the number of cars allowed to operate. A permit granted in weeks rather than years, a pilot approved, a licence category opened, an advertising screen allowed on a roof: each of these decisions is measured not only in cars and jobs, but in children who are fed, who go to school and who see a doctor.
Every month of waiting has a cost that never appears in a report. In Britain alone, our first 12,000 cars are planned to support 252,000 children a month. Each month they are not on the road is around £30 million of support that does not reach a child who needs it.
We are not asking for exceptions to safety or to the law. We are asking to be met, heard and assessed quickly, and we will meet the highest standards you set: verified drivers on salaried contracts, cameras and a full partition in every car, an alcohol interlock monitored online, speed limits built into the car, and a full disinfection cycle after every ride.
If you open your doors to us, the results will not keep you waiting. If we all wait, the children wait with us.

Invite ETIOCA to your country or city, and name one point of contact to bring the right teams together.
Assess us quickly
Clear, fast licensing for our vehicles, our salaried drivers and our operating companies, to the strictest standard you choose.
Allow a pilot
A first fleet in your city: fewer cars on the road, every one of them electric, safe and accessible.
Permit the screens
The roof and in-cab screens are one of the main sources of the children's share. Every approved screen supports children.
Work with us
Help us direct support where it matters most: schools, clinics and the families your services already know.
Power the fleet
Charging sites and clean energy for an all-electric fleet that runs up to 20 hours a day.
Let's meet and start.
If you represent a government, a city, a ministry or a licensing authority, write to us. We will come to you, with our plans, our vehicle and our team.
- The plan: 12,000 cars in Britain in the first half of 2028, 15,000 in Europe, then up to 120,000 a year.
- The jobs: salaried drivers, with a car provided, and local service teams.
- The children: 21 per car, every month, through the ETIOCA Foundation.
Help us be heard.
Councils and ministers listen to the people they serve. Every registration and every share shows them how many families want this.
