Wherever you live, you can write to us about a child: as a parent, a guardian, a teacher, a doctor or a social worker. Every request will be reviewed by the Foundation's committee once the Foundation begins its work.

We receive your request
You get a confirmation by email. Nothing more is needed from you for now.
The committee reviews it
When the Foundation begins its work, requests are reviewed at the committee's regular meetings.
We may ask for documents
If your request goes forward, we contact you and ask for what we need, through a secure channel.
You receive an answer
We tell you the committee's decision and, if support is agreed, how it will be given.
Always free
The Foundation never charges a fee to review a request, and never asks for bank or card details. If anyone does, it is not us.
Separate from the monthly programme
Monthly places at home are only for registered, regular ETIOCA customers. Other requests are reviewed one by one, and we read every one.
